Investment Advice. If and to the extent requested by the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor shall provide investment advice to the Portfolio and the Advisor with respect to all or a portion of the investments of the Portfolio, and in connection with such advice shall furnish the Portfolio and the Advisor such factual information, research reports and investment recommendations as the Advisor may reasonably require. Such information may include written and oral reports and analyses.
Investment Advice. In connection with the performance of such services, the Japan Sub-Advisor shall furnish to the Advisor and the Sub-Advisor such factual information, research reports and investment recommendations as Advisor or the Sub-Advisor may reasonably require. Such information may include written and oral reports and analyses. All such reports, recommendations, analyses and other information may be used, transferred, assigned or sold by the Sub-Advisor, in its sole discretion, without the consent of the Japan Sub-Advisor.
Investment Advice. If and to the extent requested by the Sub-Advisor, the U.K. Sub-Advisor shall provide investment advice to the Sub-Advisor with respect to all or a portion of the investments of the Portfolio, and in connection with such advice shall furnish the Sub-Advisor such factual information, research reports and investment recommendations as the Advisor may reasonably require. Such information may include written and oral reports and analyses.
Investment Advice. SMC shall regularly provide the Fund with investment research, advice and supervision, continuously furnish an investment program, recommend which securities shall be purchased and sold and what portion of the assets of the Fund shall be held uninvested and arrange for the purchase of securities and other investments for the Fund and the sale of securities and other investments held in the portfolio of the Fund. All investment advice furnished by SMC to the Fund under this paragraph 4 shall at all times conform to any requirements imposed by the provisions of the Fund's Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, the 1940 Act, the Investment Advisors Act of 1940 and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, and other applicable provisions of law, and the terms of the registration statements of the Fund under the Securities Act of 1933 ("1933 Act") and/or the 1940 Act, as may be applicable at the time, all as from time to time amended. SMC shall advise and assist the officers or other agents of the Fund in taking such steps as are necessary or appropriate to carry out the decisions of the Board of Directors of the Fund (and any duly appointed committee thereof) with regard to the foregoing matters and the general account of the Fund's business.
Investment Advice. If and to the extent requested by the Adviser, each Sub-Adviser shall provide investment advice to the Fund and the Adviser with respect to all or a portion of the investments of the Fund or with respect to various investment techniques, and in connection with such advice shall furnish the Fund and the Adviser with such factual information, research reports and investment recommendations as the Adviser may reasonably require.
Investment Advice. The Custodian shall not supervise, recommend or advise the Client relative to the investment, purchase, sale, retention or other disposition of any Property held under this Agreement.
Investment Advice. It is understood and agreed that, as part of its services under the Agreement, the Mint has not undertaken a duty to supervise the Customer's investment in, or to make any recommendation to the Customer with respect to, the purchase, sale and/or other disposition of any Precious Metals or the balance of Precious Metals the Customer maintains in inventory.
Investment Advice. Investment Advice. Subject to the direction and control of the Fund's Board of Trustees, the Adviser will (i) act in conformity with the Declaration of Trust, the 1940 Act and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as the same may from time to time be amended, (ii) manage the Fund's assets in accordance with the Fund's investment objective and policies as stated in the Registration Statement, (iii) make investment decisions for the Fund, (iv) exercise all voting rights in respect of the Fund's assets and (v) place purchase and sale orders on behalf of the Fund. In rendering those services, the Adviser will provide investment research and supervision of the Fund's investments and conduct a continual program of investment, evaluation and, if appropriate, sale and reinvestment of the Fund's assets. In addition, the Adviser will furnish the Fund with whatever statistical information the Fund may reasonably request with respect to the securities that the Fund may hold or contemplate purchasing.
Investment Advice to retain an external investment advisor to provide them with investment advice. The Trustees may rely on any such advice if a prudent investor would rely upon the advice under comparable circumstances. The Trustees must request all external investment advisors to disclose all conflicts in writing, including any material interest such advisor may have in any transaction involving the Fund;
