DUTIES OF ABDC. 1.1 Orders. Orders may be subject to minimum order size requirements. Other than supplier back-ordered Products, ABDC will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders placed by ABDC's normal order cut-off time by the next delivery day. Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories and foreign deliveries may be subject to a delivery surcharge.
