Duties of the Distributor (a) The Distributor shall sell shares of each Fund through DWR and may sell shares through other securities dealers and its own Account Executives, and shall devote reasonable time and effort to promote sales of the Shares, but shall not be obligated to sell any specific number of Shares. The services of the Distributor hereunder are not exclusive and it is understood that the Distributor may act as principal underwriter for other registered investment companies, so long as the performance of its obligations hereunder is not impaired thereby.
