DUTIES OF DEALER. a. Dealer agrees that it shall deliver to each of its clients making purchases a copy of the Fund's then current Prospectus and any other materials provided or approved by Distributor (collectively, the "Offering Materials") prior to the time of sale. Distributor agrees to promptly notify Dealer of the receipt of any repurchase request received from a Dealer Member.
