Common use of Duties of Fiscal Agent Clause in Contracts

Duties of Fiscal Agent. The Fiscal Agent shall hold in safe custody the unauthenticated Global Notes and all unauthenticated Definitive Notes delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.4 (Availability) and shall ensure that they are authenticated (in the case of the Global Notes and Definitive Notes) and delivered only in accordance with the terms hereof, of the Conditions and of the Global Notes, as applicable.

Duties of Fiscal Agent. The Fiscal Agent shall hold in safe custody the all unauthenticated Initial Global Notes, Final Global Notes, Definitive Notes and all unauthenticated Definitive Notes Coupons delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.4 3.5 (Availability) and shall ensure that they are authenticated (in the case of the Initial Global Notes, Final Global Notes and Definitive Notes) and delivered only in accordance with the terms hereof, of the Conditions and of the Global Notes, as applicable.
