DUTIES OF IMCO. IMCO shall administer the affairs of the Company and provide shareholder-related services with respect to the Funds; provided, that IMCO shall not have any obligation to provide under this Agreement any services related to the distribution of Fund shares or any other services which are the subject of a separate agreement or arrangement between the Company and IMCO with respect to the Funds.
