OUT PERIOD - Should this Agreement be terminated by IPA pursuant to Section 7.01.01(a) or Section 7.01.01(b), IPA shall be released of its obligation to continue to provide or arrange for Medical Services to Subscribers during the phase-out period as stated in this Section 3.09.
