Events Upon Termination. (a) If this Agreement is terminated, cancelled or ends for any reason, the Operator shall:
(i) promptly forward to AHS, all reports required pursuant to the terms of this Agreement;
(ii) at the request of AHS, return to AHS any Confidential Information; and
(iii) promptly provide to AHS an invoice for any Services provided under the terms of this Agreement up to the date of termination for which it has not been paid. The invoice shall appropriately identify the Services provided to AHS and shall be in such format as required by AHS.
(b) Commencing upon any written notice of termination of this Agreement, the Operator will:
(i) continue to provide Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement during the termination assistance period and assist AHS to facilitate the orderly transition and migration of Services to any alternate operator to allow the Services to continue without interruption or adverse effect;
(ii) develop, in consultation with AHS, a mutually agreed to termination assistance plan for transition of the Services from the Operator to any alternate operator; and
(iii) after this Agreement terminates, provide answers to questions from any alternate operator regarding the Services, systems and any other material provided by the Operator to AHS under this Agreement on an "as needed" basis for a period of three (3) months or such other time period that the Parties agree to.
Events Upon Termination. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Product and delete all copies of any related software found on your mobile device and any backup copies made. Upon termination, Comodo may disable further use of the Product without further notice and may delete, remove, and erase any account information, any backup data stored by Comodo, and any other information stored or collected by Comodo. Such deletions are in Comodo’s sole discretion and may occur without notice to you. No refunds shall be given for any reason.
Events Upon Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement, Licensee shall make reasonable efforts to delete all electronic copies of Articles and eBooks that are in its possession or control. Licensee may continue to use print copies of Articles and excerpts from eBooks made in accordance with the terms and conditions herein during the term of this Agreement, provided that Section 3(c) shall continue to govern use of such materials.
Events Upon Termination. After termination, Sectigo may revoke any other Certificates issued to Subscriber without further notice. Subscriber shall pay any amounts still owed for the Certificates. Sectigo is not obligated to refund any payment made by Subscriber upon termination of this Agreement.

Promptly upon any termination of this Agreement, (a) TMLS shall deactivate Subscriber’s user ID and password, and Subscriber shall have no further access to the TMLS Service; (b) Subscriber shall purge all copies of the TMLS Software and the TMLS Database from Subscriber’s personal computers; (c) all licenses granted hereunder shall immediately terminate; and

Upon termination of this Agreement by either party for breach or default of the other party, each party shall be entitled to exercise any other right, remedy, or privilege which may be available to it under applicable law or proceed by appropriate court action to enforce the terms of this Agreement or to recover damages for the breach of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Contractor shall immediately provide the District with all current drawings and Documentation regarding this Project.

Events Upon Termination. Promptly upon any termination or expiration of this Agreement, (a) MARIS shall deactivate Firm Participant's and Individual Participants’ user ID and password, and Firm Participant and Individual Participants shall have no further access to the MARIS Service;
Events Upon Termination. Upon termination, you shall cease using the Software and delete all copies of installed Software. Comodo shall not xxxx you any additional fees but is not obligated to provide refunds for any paid for but unused Software.
Events Upon Termination. Upon the expiration, termination or cancellation of the Agreement, MGI and VONS will each assist the other party in an orderly conclusion hereof and the transfer of all assets herein described, tangible or intangible, as may be necessary for the orderly, non-disruptive business continuation of MGI and VONS. Upon the expiration, termination or cancellation of this Agreement, MGI shall remove all Gaming Devices, all Incidental Equipment and all of its other property from each Store as provided in Section 3.9, above, with all costs for removal of Gaming Devices, Incidental Equipment and any other property of MGI and any site restoration to be paid as follows:
(a) In the event of an expiration of the Agreement at the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term, MGI shall bear all costs and expenses for the removal of all Gaming Devices, Incidental Equipment and other property of MGI, and VONS shall bear all costs and expenses for site restoration except to the extent that any repairs to any Licensed Premises or Store are necessitated as a result of the negligence or willful misconduct of MGI or its contractors;
(b) Upon a cancellation based upon a Default of the Agreement, the party in Default shall be liable for any and all costs and expenses for removal of all Gaming Devices, Incidental Equipment and other property of MGI and site restoration;
(c) Upon a termination not based upon a Default of the Agreement, the party initiating the termination shall be liable for any and all costs and expenses for removal of all Gaming Devices, Incidental Equipment and other property of MGI and site restoration.
