Duties of Licensee. a. COMPLIANCE WITH POST-EVENT PUBLICITY RULES. Licensee agrees to comply with the Post-Event Publicity Rules available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/winners/promote-your-win and incorporated herein by reference, and with any changes or modifications thereto; provided that Licensor shall provide Licensee with prior written notice of any such changes or modifications.
