Dates of Use. The dates of use by LICENSEE shall be as follows:
(a) Set up: July 1, 2015 - 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You must check in prior to setting your booth space. If you set up your booth without checking in and you are not in your assigned booth space, you may be asked to move at your own expense.
(b) Event Days: July 2, 3 & 4, 2015 – Event Hours: from 9 to dark
(c) Move out/vacation: July 5, 2015 before 12:00 noon.
Dates of Use. Unless this License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is earlier terminated pursuant to the provisions hereof, Licensor grants to Licensee the right to use the Premises for the Event on the date(s) and time(s) set forth in Section I.A (the “Term”). The Term may not be extended by Licensee without obtaining Licensor's prior written permission (which permission may be withheld in Licensor’s sole discretion). In the event the Term is extended pursuant to the preceding sentence, Licensee shall be responsible for any additional fees and costs required by Licensor in connection therewith.
Dates of Use. Rental period is from 9:00am to 11:59pm, unless otherwise arranged. Extended rental can be utilized for set-up or clean-up for an additional $35 fee if Clubhouse is not previously rented. Renter shall have use of the Clubhouse on the following date and time:

I understand that I am responsible for any/all damages or misuse of the facility. I agree to pay the balance of my account within five (5) business days after my tournament concludes. I, (Signature) agree to sanitize all player seating/bathroom after the close of each game. I understand that any fine associated with violation of COVID regulations will be my responsibility to pay. or I, (Signature) agree to allow SCPR to sanitize all player seating/bathroom after the close of each game for the additional fee of $20 per game.
Dates of Use. The City of Biddeford authorizes LAKERMESSE FRANCO-AMERICAINE to have exclusive use of St. Louis Field for the purpose of holding the LAKERMESSE FESTIVAL. LAKERMESSE may take possession of the field not earlier than ten (10) days prior to the official start date of festival activities at St. Louis Field, unless an earlier date is specifically authorized by the Recreation Department Director. LAKERMESSE FRANCO-AMERICAINE shall vacate St. Louis Field not later than three (3) days after the close of the festival. The City may require a delay in equipment being removed from the field in order to prevent damage. In these cases, the three (3) day would be extended and LAKERMESSE (and their vendors) shall comply. Members of the Festival shall meet with the Parks and Recreation Department Director, or other designated city official, prior to January 1st of each calendar year to discuss an entry date onto the field and confirm specific dates which commence the Festival's actual use of the field. By mutual agreement, the Parties may amend or extend these dates, due to unforeseen weather events or conditions.
Dates of Use. The District shall make the Bus available to the City on all of the following
a. Week 1 of Summer Camp: June 12, 13, 14, & 15
b. Week 2 of Summer Camp: July 10, 11, 12, & 13 c. Week 3 of Summer Camp: July 24, 25, 26, & 27 d. Tiger Triathlon: July 29
Dates of Use. The dates of use by LICENSEE shall be as follows:
(a) Set up: July 1, 2018 – Inside vendors from 7:00 a.m. to 12 noo—Curbside is from 12 noon to 5 pm. You must check in prior to setting your booth space. If you set up your booth without checking in and you are not in your assigned booth space, you may be asked to move at your own expense.
(b) Event Days: July 2, 3 & 4, 2018 – Event Hours: from 9 to dark. You can’t drive on the grass after 8:30 am
(c) Move out/vacation: July 5, 2018 before 12:00 noon.
Dates of Use. Use of the contracted exhibit space shall be as follows: Exhibit installation may take place Wednesday, October 25, 2006, from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, and on Thursday, October 26, 2006, from 7:00-8:00 AM (only by previous arrangement with the Commercial Exhibits Committee). Exhibitors must have their stands and exhibits in complete and proper shape by 8:00 AM, October 26, 2006. Exhibit times are from 5:30-8:00 PM, Wednesday, October 25, 2006; 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Thursday, October 26, 2006; and 8:00 AM-2:00 PM, Friday, October 27, 2006, and move-out must be completed by 5:00 PM, Friday, October 27, 2006.
