Common use of Duties of Other Agents Clause in Contracts

Duties of Other Agents. None of the Agents (other than the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent) identified on the cover page or signature pages of this Agreement shall have any rights, powers, obligations, liabilities, responsibilities or duties under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as a Lender, a Swingline Lender or an Issuing Bank hereunder. Without limiting any other provision of this Article, none of such Agents in their respective capacities as such shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender (including any Swingline Lender or any Issuing Bank) or any other Person by reason of this Agreement or any other Loan Document.
