Common use of Duties of Other Agents Clause in Contracts

Duties of Other Agents. Co-Documentation Agents, Syndication Agent and each of the Co-Arrangers shall have no right (except, in the case of Co-Arrangers, such rights as are expressly set forth herein), power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Agents shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender.
