DUTIES OF THE AGENT IN CONNECTION WITH EARLY REDEMPTION. 11.1 If an Issuer decides to redeem any Notes for the time being outstanding prior to their Maturity Date in accordance with the Conditions, such Issuer shall give notice of such decision to the Agent not less than 15 days before the date on which such Issuer will give notice to the Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions of such redemption in order to enable the Agent to undertake its obligations herein and in the Conditions. 11.2 If some only of the Notes are to be redeemed on such date, the Agent shall make the required drawing in accordance with the Conditions but shall give the relevant Issuer reasonable notice of the time and place proposed for such drawing and the relevant Issuer shall be entitled to send representatives to attend such drawing. 11.3 The Agent shall publish the notice required in connection with any such redemption and shall at the same time also publish a separate list of the serial numbers of any Notes previously drawn and not presented for redemption. Such notice shall specify the date fixed for redemption, the redemption amount, the manner in which redemption will be effected and, in the case of a partial redemption, the serial numbers of the Notes to be redeemed. Such notice will be published in accordance with the Conditions. The Agent will also notify the other Paying Agents of any date fixed for redemption of any Notes.
