Common use of Duties of the Client Clause in Contracts

Duties of the Client. a) The Trust agrees to create, issue, and redeem Creation Units of the Trust in accordance with the procedures described in the Prospectus. Upon reasonable notice to Foreside, and in accordance with the procedures described in the Prospectus, the Trust reserves the right to reject any order for Creation Units or to stop all receipts of such orders at any time.
