Duties of the Supplier. 2.1 The Supplier shall provide the Services with the reasonable skill care and diligence normally exercised by recognised professional firms or by skilled and experienced service providers providing services of a similar scope, type and complexity to the Services.

In particular, the Supplier shall provide and employ only technical personnel who are skilled and experienced service providers providing services of a similar scope, type in their respective callings and complexity supervisory staff who are competent to adequately supervise the Serviceswork at hand.
