Duties of the Vice-Chairman. The Vice-Chairman of the Board (the “Vice- Chairman”) shall preside at all meetings of the Board and fulfill all the responsibilities of the Chairman in the absence of the Chairman and shall have such other duties and responsibilities related to the development of BOX Holdings as the Board shall from time to time direct.
