Duties of Vice-Principals. The vice-principal shall assist the principal in the administration of the general policies, programs, and organization of the school. The vice-principal should submit to the principal any specific recommendations deemed necessary or desirable for the improvement of the efficiency of the administration of the school or the improvement of the instructional program.
