Duty and costs. Each party bears its own costs arising out of the preparation of this Agreement but you will bear any duty (including fines and penalties) chargeable on this Agreement, on any instruments executed under this Agreement, and for a transaction evidenced by this Agreement and indemnify Sunwater for the amount of such duty and associated costs.
