Duty of Cooperation. The Guarantors and their respective directors, officers and Affiliates shall cooperate with the Casino Control Commission and the Division of Gaming Enforcement and provide such information and documentation as may from time to time be requested by such agencies unless being contested in good faith by appropriate proceedings.
