Common use of Duty of Loyalty Clause in Contracts

Duty of Loyalty. I agree that at all times during my employment with the Company, I will not, without the Company’s express written consent, engage in any employment or business activity that is competitive with or that would otherwise conflict with the business of the Company, nor will I engage in any other activities that may conflict with my obligations or duty of loyalty to the Company.

Duty of Loyalty. I agree understand that at all times during my employment with the Company, Company requires my full attention and effort. I agree that during the period of my employment by the Company I will not, without the Company’s express written consent, directly or indirectly engage in any employment the planning, development or business activity that is competitive with assistance of a Competitive Business on behalf of myself or that would otherwise conflict with the business of the Company, nor will I engage in any my other activities that may conflict with my obligations or duty of loyalty to the CompanyPerson.

Duty of Loyalty. I agree understand that at all times during my employment with the Company, Company requires my full attention and effort. I agree that during the period of my employment by the Company I will not, without the Company’s express written consent, engage in any employment or business activity that other than for the Company, including but not limited to employment or business activity which is competitive with with, or that would otherwise conflict with or distract me from, my employment by the business of Company. While employed by the Company, nor I will not undertake any planning for any outside business activity: (i) competitive with the work which I engage in any other activities that may conflict perform with my obligations or duty of loyalty to the Company; or (ii) competitive with the profit unit of the Company for which I work.
