Common use of Duty of Partners to Cooperate Clause in Contracts

Duty of Partners to Cooperate. Each Partner will, to the extent permitted by applicable law and consistent with this Agreement, furnish such information, execute such applications and similar documents as are required by governmental authorities, and take such other action reasonably requested by the Partnership Committee and as may be necessary or reasonably desirable in connection with the business of the Partnership.
