DUTY TO CLARIFY OBVIOUS AMBIGUITY. The Contractor is required to seek clarification of any obvious ambiguity contained in the contract documents. Failure to do so will result in an interpretation of the ambiguous provision favorable to MTS should a dispute later arise concerning that provision.
