Common use of DUTY TO COMPLETE Clause in Contracts

DUTY TO COMPLETE. Developer agrees to complete, or cause to be completed, the improvements described in Section 5.1 above. Developer agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, all materials, labor and services for completing the Project. Developer also agrees to obtain or cause to be obtained, all necessary permits and approvals from the City and/or all other governmental agencies having jurisdiction over the construction of improvements on the Project Site.
