Duty to Report. Tenant immediately shall report any problems immediately to Landlord. Even a few bedbugs can rapidly multiply to create a major infestation that can spread to other premises. Manager will then be given access to the leased premises for inspection within 24 hours of Tenant being given notice.
Duty to Report. All employees who are injured or who are involved in an accident during the course of their employment must fill out an accident report as soon as possible but not more than three (3) working days after the injury on forms furnished by the Employer. Employers may not unreasonably require the employee to delay medical treatment for the purpose of filling out forms.
Duty to Report. An employee who knows of defects in equipment which anyone in the exercise of ordinary care would reasonably know might cause injury has a duty to inform his/her supervisor or the appropriate District or Section or designee of these facts. An employee who knows of the conduct, work habits or performance of a fellow employee, supervisor or other person, which causes danger during employment, or will likely lead to the injury of others, is under a duty to inform his/her supervisor or the appropriate administrator.
Duty to Report. The Owner shall promptly report to the Design Professional any errors, inconsistencies, or omissions that the Owner discovers in the Construction Documents. However, nothing in this Paragraph shall relieve the Design Professional of responsibility for its own errors, inconsistencies, and omissions.
Duty to Report. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to report to his/her immediate supervisor any traffic violation/citation (not required if driving personal car), or accident which he/she may have been involved with or received while on state business.
Duty to Report. The Contractor shall report a suspected or confirmed security breach to the local Department of Social Services/Human Services Contract Administrator within twenty-four (24) hours after the breach is first discovered, provided that the Contractor shall report a breach involving Social Security Administration data or Internal Revenue Service data within one (1) hour after the breach is first discovered.
Duty to Report. All employees who are injured or who are involved in an accident/incident during the course of their employment shall file an accident/incident report, on forms furnished by the Employer, no matter how slight the accident/incident.
Duty to Report. The Affected Party shall discharge the following obligations in relation to reporting the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event to the other Party:
(a) The Affected Party shall not claim any relief for or in respect of a Force Majeure Event unless it shall have notified the other Party in writing of the occurrence of the Force Majeure Event as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any event within 7 (seven) days after the Affected Party knew, or ought reasonably to have known, of its occurrence and the probable material affect that the Force Majeure Event is likely to have on the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
(b) Any notice pursuant to this Article 15.11 shall include full particulars of:
(i) the nature and extent of each Force Majeure Event which is the subject of any claim for relief under this Article 15 with evidence in support thereof;
(ii) the estimated duration and the effect or probable effect which such Force Majeure Event is having or will have on the Affected Party's performance of its obligations under this Agreement;
(iii) the measures which the Affected Party is taking, or proposes to take, to alleviate the impact of such Force Majeure Event; and
(iv) any other information relevant to the Affected Party's claim.
(c) For so long as the Affected Party continues to claim to be affected by such Force Majeure Event, it shall provide the other Party with regular (and not less than weekly) written reports containing information as required by this Article 15.11 and such other information as the other Party may reasonably request the Affected Party to provide.
Duty to Report. Employees shall cooperate with the Employing Agency in maintaining safe and healthful working conditions. All employees shall promptly report unsafe conditions related to physical plant, tools, equipment and their employment, on an incident report, to their respective supervisor. If the supervisor does not xxxxx the problem, the matter should then be reported to the Employing Agency’s Health and Safety Designee. An Employee who is injured or who is involved in an accident during the course of employment shall immediately report the accident, no matter how slight, to his or her supervisor and file an accident report on a form furnished by the Employer.
Duty to Report. 6.1. In the event of a security leak and/or the leaking of data, as referred to in article 33 of the AVG, the Processor shall, to the best of its ability, notify the Controller thereof with undue delay, after which the Controller shall determine whether or not to inform the Data subjects and/or the relevant regulatory authority(ies). This duty to report applies irrespective of the impact of the leak. The Processor will endeavor that the furnished information is complete, correct and accurate.
6.2. If required by law and/or regulation, the Processor shall cooperate in notifying the relevant authorities and/or Data subjects. The Controller remains the responsible party for any statutory obligations in respect thereof.
6.3. The duty to report includes in any event the duty to report the fact that a leak has occurred, including details regarding: - the (suspected) cause of the leak; - the (currently known and/or anticipated) consequences thereof; - the (proposed) solution; - the measures that have already been taken.
