Duty to Disclose Information and Maintain Records. Executive agrees that while employed and for two (2) years following the Last Day, to promptly disclose to the Company in writing all Inventions and Creative Works authored or conceived by Executive, alone or jointly with others, along with all attempts to register, patent, or otherwise claim ownership over or alienate such Inventions and Creative Works.
