Common use of Duty to Give Notice of Agreement Clause in Contracts

During employment by Company and the period of any post-employment obligation applicable hereunder, Executive shall provide written notice to any prospective employer of Executive’s obligations under this Agreement, and shall provide a true copy hereof to such prospective employer at the outset of any communications about employment.
