Duty to Indemnify. (a) You agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless and defend us from any and all claims, damages, liability, actions, loss, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) resulting to the IRA, against you, any beneficiary or incurred by or asserted against us, in connection with or by reason of any sale or investment made or other action taken (or omitted to be taken ) at your or your agent’s direction.
