Common use of Duty to Inform Landlord Clause in Contracts

Duty to Inform Landlord. If Tenant knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Landlord, Tenant shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Landlord, and provide Landlord with a copy of any report, notice, claim or other documentation which it has concerning the presence of such Hazardous Substance.

Duty to Inform Landlord. If Tenant knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Landlord, Tenant shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Landlord, and provide Landlord with a copy of any report, notice, claim or other documentation which it has concerning the presence of such Hazardous Substance.

If Tenant knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by LandlordPremises in violation of Applicable Requirements, Tenant shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Landlord, and provide Landlord with a copy of any report, notice, claim or other documentation which it has concerning the presence of such Hazardous Substance.

If Tenant knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance Material has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Landlord, Tenant shall immediately give Landlord written notice of such fact to Landlordthereof, and provide Landlord together with a copy of any statement, report, notice, claim registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action, or other documentation which it has proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party concerning the presence of presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to such Hazardous SubstanceMaterial.

If Tenant knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Landlord, Tenant Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Landlord, and provide Landlord with a copy of any report, notice, claim or other documentation which it has concerning the presence of such Hazardous Substance.

If Tenant knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by LandlordLandlord in writing, Tenant shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Landlord, and provide Landlord with a copy of any report, notice, claim or other documentation which it has concerning the presence of such Hazardous Substance.

If Tenant knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Landlord, Tenant shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Landlord, Landlord and provide Landlord with a copy of any report, notice, claim or other documentation which it has concerning the presence of such Hazardous Substance.

If Tenant knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance Material has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Landlord, Tenant shall immediately promptly give written notice of such fact to Landlord, and provide Landlord with a copy of any report, notice, claim or other documentation which it has concerning the presence of such Hazardous SubstanceMaterial.

Duty to Inform Landlord. If Tenant knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to Premises or the Project that is not otherwise permitted hereunder or otherwise authorized by LandlordLandlord in writing, Tenant shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Landlord, and provide Landlord with a copy of any report, notice, claim or other documentation which it has concerning the presence of such Hazardous Substance.

Duty to Inform Landlord. If Tenant knows, knows or has reasonable cause to believe, believe that a Hazardous Substance has come to be located in, on, under or about (or migrating from) the Premises, other than as previously consented to acknowledged by Landlord, Tenant shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Landlord, and provide Landlord with a copy of any report, report or notice, claim or other documentation which it has received (or prepared and/or sent) concerning the presence of such Hazardous Substance.

Duty to Inform Landlord. If Tenant knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance (other than Permitted Hazardous Substances and common cleaning products in appropriate quantities) has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by LandlordPremises or the Building, Tenant shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Landlord, and promptly provide Landlord with a copy of any report, notice, claim or other documentation which it is has concerning the presence of such Hazardous Substance.

Duty to Inform Landlord. If Tenant knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance has come become to be located in, on, under or about the PremisesLeased Premises or the Project, other than as previously consented to by Landlord, Tenant shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Landlord, and provide Landlord with a copy of any report, notice, claim or other documentation which it has concerning the presence of such Hazardous Substance.

Duty to Inform Landlord. If Tenant knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, becomes aware that a Hazardous Substance has come to be located been released in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to Premises by LandlordTenant or anyone acting by or through Tenant in violation of any Applicable Laws, Tenant shall immediately promptly give written notice of such fact to Landlord, and provide Landlord with a copy of any report, notice, claim or other documentation which it has is in Tenant’s possession concerning the presence of such Hazardous Substance.
