Common use of Duty to Inform Lessor Clause in Contracts

Duty to Inform Lessor. If Lessee knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Lessor, Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. Lessee shall also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, or about the Premises, including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses involving the Premises.

Duty to Inform Lessor. If Lessee knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, same has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Lessor, Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. Lessee shall also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action action, or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, or about the Premises, including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses involving the Premises.

Lessee shall also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, or about the Premisespremises, including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses involving the Premises.

Duty to Inform Lessor. If Lessee knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Lessor, Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. Lessee shall also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, . notice, registration, application, permit, . business plan, license, claim, action or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, . concerning the presence, . spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, or about the Premises, including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses involving the Premises.

Duty to Inform Lessor. If Lessee knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, ,. other than as previously consented to by Lessor, Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. Lessee shall also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, or about the Premises, including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses involving Involving the Premises.. If Lessee knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Lessor, Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. Lessee shall also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, or about 13 the Premises, including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses involving the Premises.

If Lessee knows, knows or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, has come to be located in, on, on under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Lessor, . Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. Lessee shall also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, concerning the presence, presence spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, to any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, or about the Premises, including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses involving the Premises.. If Lessee knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by buy Lessor, Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. Lessee shall also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, claim action or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, or about the Premises, including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses involving Involving the Premises. Lessee shall not cause or permit any Hazardous Substance to be spilled or released in, on under, or about the Premises (including, without limitation, through the plumbing or sanitary sewer system).

Duty to Inform Lessor. If Lessee knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by buy Lessor, Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. Lessee shall also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, claim action or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, or about the Premises, including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses involving Involving the Premises.

If Lessee knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by LessorLessor or as permitted pursuant to Section 6.2(a), Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. Lessee shall also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, or about the Premises, including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses involving the Premises. See Addendum 6.2(b).

Duty to Inform Lessor. If Lessee knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Lessor, Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. Lessee shall also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, or about the Premises, including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses involving the Premises.

Duty to Inform Lessor. If Lessee knows, knows or has reasonable cause to believe, believe that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Lessor, Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. Lessee shall also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, on or about the Premises, including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses involving the Premises.

Lessee shall within Lessee's possession or control also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, or about the Premises, including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses involving the Premises.

If Lessee knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from form same, has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Lessor, Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. If Lessee knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, has come coma to be located inIn, on, under or about the PremisesPromises, other than as previously consented to by Lessor, Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. Lessee shall also immediately Immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, . permit, business plan, license, claim, action or proceeding given to, . or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination inIn, on, or of about the PremisesPromises, including Including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses involving Involving the PremisesPromises.

Duty to Inform Lessor. If Lessee knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, is or has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Lessorbe Lessor in writing, Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. Lessee shall also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, concerning the presence, spill, spill release, discharge of, of or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, on or about the Premises, including including, but not limited to to, all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses involving the Premisespremises.

Duty to Inform Lessor. If Lessee knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Lessor or for which Lessor's consent is not required hereunder, Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. Lessee shall also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, or about the Premises, including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses involving the Premises.

Duty to Inform Lessor. If Lessee knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premisespremises, other than as previously consented to by Lessor, Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. Lessee shall also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, ,. business plan, license, claim, action or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premisespremises, concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, or about the Premisespremises, including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses involving the Premisespremises.

Duty to Inform Lessor. If Lessee knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Lessor, Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. Lessee shall also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, or about the Premises, including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved involving in any Reportable Uses involving Involving the Premises.

Duty to Inform Lessor. If Lessee knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance, or a condition involving or resulting from same, has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises, other than as previously consented to by Lessor, Lessee shall immediately give written notice of such fact to Lessor. Lessee shall also immediately give Lessor a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party, or persons entering or occupying the Premises, concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, any Hazardous Substance or contamination in, on, or about the Premises, including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Uses Users involving the Premises.
