Common use of Duty to Inspect Clause in Contracts

Duty to Inspect. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Utility does not warrant the condition or safety of Utility’s Poles, or the premises surrounding the Poles, and Licensee further acknowledges and agrees that it has an obligation to inspect Utility’s Poles and/or the premises surrounding the Poles prior to commencing any work on Utility’s Poles or entering the premises surrounding the Poles.

Duty to Inspect. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Utility does not warrant the condition or safety of Utility’s PolesFacilities, or the premises surrounding the PolesFacilities, and Licensee further acknowledges and agrees that it has an obligation to inspect Utility’s Poles and/or the premises surrounding the Poles Poles, prior to commencing any work on Utility’s Poles or entering the premises surrounding the such Poles.

Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Utility does not warrant the condition or safety of the Utility’s PolesFacilities, or the premises surrounding the PolesFacilities, and Licensee further acknowledges and agrees that it has an obligation to inspect Utility’s Utility Poles and/or the premises surrounding the Poles Poles, prior to commencing any work on Utility’s Utility Poles or entering the premises surrounding such Poles. Licensee’s responsibility is limited only to the Polesextent necessary to perform Licensee’s work.

Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Utility Authority does not warrant the condition or safety of UtilityAuthority ’s Poles, Facilities or the premises surrounding the PolesFacilities, and Licensee further acknowledges and agrees that it has an obligation to inspect Utility’s Poles Poles, and/or the premises surrounding the Poles prior to commencing any work on Utility’s Poles or entering the premises surrounding the Poles.
