Common use of Duty to Inspect Clause in Contracts

Duty to Inspect. You shall regularly inspect all transaction history, reports, journals, and other material evidencing the activity of the Services. You must report all errors to the Financial Institution by the close of business on the banking day following the day on which the Service(s) is rendered. You must report all other errors within a reasonable time not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date that the error is made. Failure of you to promptly report errors within such specified time shall preclude you from asserting against the Financial Institution any claims arising from the error or any loss caused by the error.
