Duty to Mitigate Costs. Both Parties shall, in good faith, undertake Commercially Reasonable Efforts to mitigate the costs of termination, expiration or cancellation. Jabil shall make Commercially Reasonable Efforts to cancel all applicable component and material purchase orders and reduce component inventory through return for credit programs or allocate such components and materials for alternate Company programs if applicable, or other customer orders provided the same can be used within thirty (30) days of the termination date.
