Fulfillment of Orders upon Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement for other than Distributor's breach, Manufacturer shall continue to fulfill, subject to the terms of Sections 2 and 3 above, all orders accepted by Manufacturer prior to the date of termination.

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in the event that GEMS retains by statute the right to distribute or sell R2 Products in the Territory to any customer or in any country after expiration or termination of this Agreement, then the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain in effect as to such customers or countries, as the case may be, until such activities cease.
Fulfillment of Orders upon Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement for other than Coherent's breach, Palomar shall continue to fulfill all orders accepted by Palomar prior to the date of termination, and Coherent's payment obligations to Palomar hereunder for such orders shall continue.
