DUTY TO PAY RENT AFTER EVICTION. If you’re evicted for violating any term of this Lease, you agree to continue paying the full monthly rent until this Lease ends or until the Property is re-rented. If we have to rent the Property for less than you were paying, you’re responsible for the monetary deficiency until the end of the Lease.
