Duty to Proceed. Upon receipt of the Owner's Notice of Acceptance of the GMP Change Order, the CM/GC shall promptly begin or continue the prosecution of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, but in any event, performance of the Work covered by the GMP Change Order shall commence no later than ten (10) days after the Proceed Order Date.
