Duty to Protect Confidential Information. Each Recipient shall hold all Confidential Information in confidence and shall not disclose it to any third party without the Discloser's prior written permission. Each Recipient agrees not to copy or reverse engineer any Confidential Information and to use at least the same degree of care, but no less than a reasonable degree of care, as it uses to protect its own similar information to protect the Confidential Information and to prevent its unauthorized use or dissemination.
