Of Contractor. In case such request (s) is refused by the Operator, no claim of any nature will be preferred by the Contractor against the refusal of such requests by the Operator.

(i) the documented chain of custody naming all Authorized Person(s), consultants and subcontractors to whom the Confidential Information was duplicated, distributed or transmitted,
(ii) As to Authorized Person(s) within the internal employment or control of Contractor, that all copies of Confidential Information have either been returned to the State, or are certified by such person(s) as having been destroyed or permanently deleted from all forms of electronic storage, and Contractor shall attach the certifications of its consultants and subcontractors.

Of Contractor. Contractor agrees to do each of the following:
(1) Perform the Services set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (collectively, the “Services”).
(2) Devote as much productive time, energy, and ability to the performance of its duties hereunder as necessary to provide the required Services in a timely and productive manner.
(3) Perform the Services in a safe, good, and customary manner.

(5) Provide services that are satisfactory and acceptable to Company.
