Common use of Duty to Provide Design Materials Clause in Contracts

Duty to Provide Design Materials. Design Build Entity is required to deliver to Judicial Council, upon request, any and all Design Materials, whether in draft or final form, including, without limitation, calculations, any Drawings, electronic media data, tenant improvement documents, sketches, illustrations, specifications, descriptions, models, mock-ups, and other information developed, prepared, furnished, or delivered in the prosecution of the Design Work. At the conclusion of the Construction Work, Design Build Entity shall provide Judicial Council with Closeout Documentation as set forth in the General Conditions.
