Duty to Report Event of Default. The RECIPIENT shall notify the INSTITUTE in writing pursuant to Section 9.21 “Notices”, promptly and in no event more than (30) days after it obtains knowledge of the occurrence of any Event of Default. The RECIPIENT shall include a statement setting forth reasonable details of each Event of Default and the action which the RECIPIENT proposes to take with respect thereto.
