Duty to Resolve Discrepancies. It is the duty of the Custodian to work with the Administrator to resolve any and all differences or discrepancies between their respective records and reports of inventory of Pledged Securities. The Administrator shall immediately report its inability or failure to reach such resolution to the Treasurer. In the event of any dispute not resolved, the Treasurer and the Attorney General shall act for the State.
