Duty to Return Company Documents and Property. Upon the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, for any reason whatsoever, Executive shall immediately return and deliver to the Company any and all papers, books, records, documents, memoranda and manuals, e-mail, electronic or magnetic recordings or data, including all copies thereof, belonging to the Company, relating to its business or containing Confidential Information, in Executive’s possession, whether prepared by Executive or others. If at any time after the Employment Period, Executive determines that he has any Confidential Information in his possession or control, Executive shall immediately return to the Company all such Confidential Information in his possession or control, including all copies and portions thereof.
