Duty to Return Company Documents and Property. Upon the Termination Date, Executive shall immediately return and deliver to the Company any and all papers, books, records, documents, memoranda and manuals, e-mail, electronic or magnetic recordings or data, including all copies thereof, belonging to the Company or relating to its business, in Executive’s possession, whether prepared by Executive or others. If at any time after the Termination Date, Executive determines that Executive has any Trade Secrets in Executive’s possession or control, Executive shall immediately return them to the Company, including all copies thereof.
