Duty to Return Company Documents and Property. Upon the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company and its Affiliates, for whatever reason, Executive shall immediately return and deliver to the Company any and all papers, books, records, documents, memoranda and manuals, e-mail, electronic or magnetic recordings or data, including all copies thereof, belonging to the Company or an Affiliate or relating to their businesses, in Executive’s possession or under his control, and regardless of, whether prepared by Executive or others. If at any time after the Employment Period, Executive determines that he has any Confidential Information in his possession or under his control, Executive shall immediately return to the Company all such Confidential Information, including all copies (including electronic versions) and portions thereof. Within one (1) day after the end of the Employment Period for any reason, the Executive shall return to Company all Confidential Information which is in his possession, custody or control.
