DVBE Participation Goals. Pursuant to section 71028 of the Education Code and Public Contract Code section 10115, the District may have a participation goal of at least three percent (3%), per year, of the overall dollar amount expended each year by the community college district for disabled veteran business enterprises (“DVBE”). In accordance therewith, Construction Manager must submit, upon request by the District, appropriate documentation to the District identifying the steps Construction Manager has taken to solicit DVBE participation in conjunction with this Agreement, if applicable.
