Common use of DVD Drives Clause in Contracts

DVD Drives. If a DVD Drive is equipped with internal decryption and decoding capabilities and may be connected through its outputs to other free-standing products, such a DVD Drive shall be treated as a DVD Player for the purpose of such capabilities and outputs and shall be subject to the requirements of Section 6.2.1, above. With respect to the operation of all other DVD Drives, the following requirements shall apply.
