DWR Revenues. DWR Revenues shall be accounted and remitted to DWR consistent with the principles provided in the Settlement Principles for Remittances and Surplus Revenues attached hereto as Exhibit C and the provisions of the Servicing Arrangement. Unless otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, Utility will not be required at any time to advance or pay any of its own funds in the fulfillment of its responsibilities under this Agreement.
