DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM AGREEMENT PERFORMANCE. 11.1 The Supplier shall perform its obligations under this Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement in accordance with: 11.1.1 the requirements of this Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement, including DPS Schedule 8 (DPS Management); 11.1.2 the terms and conditions of the respective Contracts;

DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM AGREEMENT PERFORMANCE. 11.1 The Supplier shall perform its obligations under this Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement in accordance with: 11.1.1 : the requirements of this Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement, including each of the DPS Schedule 8 (DPS Management); 11.1.2 Schedules; the terms and conditions of the respective Contracts;Call Off Agreements; Good Industry Practice; all applicable Standards; and in compliance with all applicable Law. The Supplier shall bring to the attention of the Authority any conflict between any of the requirements of Clause 11.1 and shall comply with the Authority's decision on the resolution of any such conflict.
