Dynamic Scheduling Sample Clauses
The Dynamic Scheduling clause establishes the ability to adjust timelines, deadlines, or work schedules in response to changing circumstances during a project or contractual relationship. It typically allows either party, or a designated project manager, to propose modifications to the original schedule based on unforeseen events, resource availability, or evolving project requirements. This clause ensures flexibility in project management, helping to accommodate changes without breaching the contract, and ultimately aims to prevent disputes or delays caused by rigid scheduling.
Dynamic Scheduling. “Dynamic Scheduling” shall mean the automated scheduling of Energy from the Point of Delivery to Purchaser’s control area or electric system, provided that said dynamic schedules adjust at four second intervals, or other intervals as specified by WECC, to match the amount of Energy actually delivered to the Point of Delivery from the Facility.
Dynamic Scheduling. The Host Balancing Authority shall support Scheduling Coordinators' requests to arrange dynamic interchange schedules for the delivery of energy to the CAISO Balancing Authority Area, reflecting the System Resource's instantaneous energy production or allocation level and taking into account available transmission capacity.
Dynamic Scheduling. (a) An entity that owns or controls a generating resource in the PJM Control Area may electrically remove all or part of the generating resource's output from the PJM Control Area through dynamic scheduling of the output to load outside the PJM Control Area. Such output shall not be available for economic dispatch by the Office of the Interconnection.
(b) An entity requesting dynamic scheduling shall be responsible for arranging for the provision of signal processing and communications from the generator to the Office of the Interconnection and the other participating control area and complying with any other procedures established by the Office of the Interconnection regarding dynamic scheduling as set forth in the PJM Manuals.
(c) An entity requesting dynamic scheduling shall be responsible for reserving amounts of firm transmission service necessary to deliver the range of the dynamic transfer and any required ancillary services.
Dynamic Scheduling. At the request of the POLR Supplier, DLC shall cooperate to dynamically schedule the POLR Supply Amount, provided that (i) such dynamic scheduling is technically feasible, (ii) the POLR Supplier reimburses DLC for all reasonable expenses and capital costs associated with establishing such dynamic scheduling capability and (iii) the POLR Supplier executes a service agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to DLC.
