Common use of Dynamic Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Dynamic Scheduling. “Dynamic Scheduling” shall mean the automated scheduling of Energy from the Point of Delivery to Purchaser’s control area or electric system, provided that said dynamic schedules adjust at four second intervals, or other intervals as specified by WECC, to match the amount of Energy actually delivered to the Point of Delivery from the Facility.
