e Counterparts. This Assignment may be executed in several counterparts, all of which are identical except that, to facilitate recordation, certain counterparts hereof may include only that portion of the exhibits which contain descriptions of the properties located in (or otherwise subject to the recording or filing requirements and/or protections of the recording or filing acts or regulations of) the recording jurisdiction in which the particular counterpart is to be recorded, and other portions of the exhibits shall be included in such counterparts by reference only. All of such counterparts together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Complete copies of this Assignment containing the entire exhibits have been retained by Assignor and Assignee.
e Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, including via facsimile or email in “portable document format” (“.pdf”) form transmission, all of which shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when two or more counterparts have been signed by each of the parties and delivered to the other parties, it being understood that all parties need not sign the same counterpart.
